Metal Urbain are/were an electropunk band from Paris that hung out in London in the late 70's, and whose record was the premier release on Rough Trade. Good friends of the pinstand, to the level that one of them actually toiled at Better Badges for some time.. They are cult heroes to the current Brooklyn scene and thus were persuaded to rerelease their music and even reform to come and play in 2003.
